Hieronder vind je het overzicht van de technieken uit het Takemusu Aikido leerplan. Aan de graden zijn links toegevoegd naar de bijbehorende afspeellijst op ons YouTube kanaal.
Naast de technieken zijn er ook vereisten aan de kwaliteit en toewijding. Deze staan omschreven in onze complete grading syllabus (in het Engels).
